ABOUT PATS PEAK SKI AREA
Many skiers dismiss Pats Peak as a little beginner hill. Granted it only sports a 710 vertical foot drop, but there is nothing ‘little’ about the terrain variety, friendliness, or the quality of a visit to the area. The ski area packs in a wide variety of terrain for all skiers including some nice cruisers, steep bump runs that will challenge any expert, a couple of race trails that are used by local junior and college teams, a self-contained terrain park, some easy novice runs, and a good collection of glades for all abilities. The large number of lifts also helps keep you on the trails. Pats is Southern New Hampshire’s largest night skiing area and has 100 percent snowmaking coverage and excellent grooming. The management is responsive to the needs of their guests – adding more terrain, a new triple chair, and new facilities within the last few years. From the lift attendants to the office staff, everyone has a smile and is available to help you. Pats Peak makes skiing affordable with great season ticket rates and their famous POP (Pay-one-price Program) on Saturday nights where one gets skiing/riding, rental, lesson tips, tubing, and entertainment for one low price. Pats Peak puts all of this into a nice, tight, accessible package for you to enjoy.
