The agreement makes Dayco the ‘Official Belt’ of ECS, and for good reason. For over 100 years, Dayco has manufactured automotive belts, hoses and other key items. They offer a line of drive belts for snowmobiles unsurpassed in quality and performance.
“All of us at East Coast Snocross are honored to welcome Dayco into our family of valued marketing partners,” ECS owner Kurt Gagne said. “This is one of the nation’s most established and respected brands. We’re going to show our race teams and fans all season that Dayco belts are the number one choice for their machines. With rugged reliability and top performance, we know Dayco is the finest product available.”
This agreement will bring local Dayco distributors and retailers to all ECS events, putting high-quality Dayco products in front of fans all season. Race fans can talk first-hand with folks who can guide them to the right belt for their needs. Dayco has been the Official Belt of Canada’s CSRA circuit for many years, and the time was right to grow their presence here in New England.
“We’ve known about the talent and fan following the ECS series has for the last few years,” said Dayco’s North American Marketing Manager Brian Wheeler. “Our involvement with the CSRA has shown racers and fans how Dayco belts can help win races and enhance their riding experience. We feel this new partnership with ECS can convey that message to teams in New England and New York. Our goal is to have ECS winners using Dayco belts; and to have their fans using our products, as well.”
Dayco is a global leader in the research, design, manufacturing and distribution of a broad range of belts, tensioners, dampers, pulleys, hose and hydraulics equipment for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket end-markets.
