The Maine Northeast Snow Report for December 28th

….Always Check with the resorts for the latest conditions, hours of operation and updates

Sunday River – 67 trails and 16 lifts

We are enjoying another bright day slopeside skiing almost 400 acres, the largest amount of open terrain in the East. Snowmakers are filling Tempest and White Heat with piles of new snow tonight.

Sugarloaf – 36 trails and 9 lifts

Tonight, snowmakers will continue their hard work; their plan in the overnight hours is to finish up and get out of Widowmaker, Tohaul, and Flume. Additionally, the team will try to stay on Haulback if the winds allow; they are also looking forward to getting ready to fire up the guns in Stomping Grounds, Haywire, and Lower Scoot.

Saddleback – 15 trails and 3 lifts

Rise and shine, Saddleback! Yesterday, our Ski Patrol dropped ropes on Upper and Lower Royal Coachman, Upper Hudson Highway and Blue Devil. Thanks to Mother Nature and our Mountain Ops team, terrain is expanding daily. Keep your eyes open for updates throughout the week as the temps look favorable for some good snowmaking weather.
